We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the 15% deposit. * No-shows will forfeit the 15% deposit and may be required to pay a larger deposit for future bookings. * Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. * Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or appointment cancellation, and the deposit may be forfeited.
